Do you offer complete finishing or partial works?
Both. Cucina offers turnkey apartment and villa finishing, renovations and partial works including painting, tiling, bathrooms, decorative work and suspended ceilings.
Are materials and labour included?
Yes, services include materials and labour within the agreed scope. The required works and materials are discussed for each project.
Can the handover include a kitchen?
A kitchen can be discussed as part of the finishing project. Fit-out and supply details are agreed separately; turnkey finishing does not automatically include furniture or appliances.
How can I discuss the finishing cost?
Start by sharing the property type, location and required works. Cost depends on the project details; we do not publish a fixed per-square-metre rate.
Do I need to visit an office?
Start by phone or WhatsApp. Site visits are arranged at the property. There is currently no office equipped to receive visitors.
When can work begin?
A start date is discussed according to the scope and availability at the time of agreement. An initial enquiry does not confirm a booking or start date.
